Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life

We may find ourselves stuck in repetitive thought patterns that are destructive and harmful. Limiting beliefs, negative thoughts, and self-sabotaging ideas of who we are and all that we can be prevent us from reaching our highest potential. If our thoughts are not fulfilling us or serving our purposes, it’s time to do something about it.

During this workshop, we will explore simple, yet powerful steps to shift our ways of thinking. We will practice being mindful and conscious of the effects that our thoughts and the words we speak have on our emotions, our bodies, and our life experiences. We will observe how in every moment we are telling a story. Once we accept that we are the creators of our own destinies, each of us will intentionally devise a new story of who we are so that we empower ourselves to create the lives we want to live.

Transform Pain into Purpose and Live Courageously

When we experience pain and find ourselves faced with challenges, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by negative emotions. Anger, resentment, fear, hopelessness, and despair are just a few emotions that can leave us feeling crippled both mentally and physically. But what if there was a way to transform this pain into powerful purpose and move forward courageously, trusting that everything is working together for our good?

In this workshop, we are going to look at how we can use pain to uncover our greatest potential. We are going to look at how our challenges can be used to grow parts of us that we never even knew existed. The goal is to awaken all that has been asleep in us, so we may blossom into our best selves and feel joy. We will gain an understanding of the power that exists within us to heal and overcome, in the process opening our hearts and minds to the possibility of unconditional love, kindness, and compassion.

Make Your Dreams Reality

Too many of us give up on our dreams. Often, we feel timid to name the extraordinary visions we have for ourselves. We may believe we dare not dream of them because someone once told us that these goals were too big and impossible to achieve. Or we abandon our dreams because someone close to us has displayed envy or made us feel that we are undeserving. Sometimes we don’t pursue our dreams because we don’t want to appear too bold or courageous. And sometimes we dream too small because we don’t want to experience the pain of disappointment if we fall short.

Small dreams don’t make us wake up excited in the morning, whereas big goals and aspirations—at least the ones that matter, the ones that are authentic to us—fill us with so much vital energy that we leap out of bed ready to go. These make us feel more passionate and invigorated. Actions born from inspired energy are magical.

In this workshop, we will set our dreams in motion, developing a personal affirmation practice to help us do that and practicing being intentional in our ways of thinking and speaking. We will also explore how to use our imaginations to creatively visualize the lives we dream of having—seeing, feeling, and experiencing them as real in the now– so that we can begin the process of helping those dreams become a reality.

Discover Your Inner Greatness and Love Yourself Unconditionally

Far too often, we allow life and our experiences to create a false perception in our minds that we are not enough. Somehow, we learned that we were lacking, that we were not capable, or that we could not do, be, or have what we wanted because of limiting circumstances. Some of us came to believe we are not valuable or deserving, especially if we learned to value ourselves only through the eyes of others. Now it’s time to shed these illusions and become fierce protectors of our own hearts and souls.

In this workshop, we are going to tap into our greatness and take a journey within to uncover powerful parts of us we never knew existed. Through the techniques of creative visualization and storytelling, we are going to learn to see, feel, and embrace these strengths, and to love ourselves unconditionally. We are going to support each other to discover the beautiful, brilliant, amazing beings we really are and shine our light.
